These bars typically get me at a good enough high taking two squares, although sometimes due to my tolerance after awhile I sometimes have to take 3 squares, if I’ve been taking two edibles consecutively over a period of time. So taking a day or two off of not being on edibles also works. Great product, would recommend both indica and sativa. Sativa of course for when you don’t want to crash too early, and indica for troubles with sleeping. Take 1-2 hours if for sleep issues as well, before bed.
