These carts have a lot of filler – at least the contents are labelled clearly, but beware, about 1/3 of it is filler. As for the high, compared to other carts its nothing more than a weak buzz. Went through it about 2-3x faster than other 1mL carts. If you are looking for the buy 3 get 1 free, you need to put 4 in your cart. Instructions extremely unclear, won’t purchase again.
